The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Business Area aims to contribute to the development of sustainable RD&I activities through the appreciation of knowledge and people. In addition, it seeks to create, deepen, and spread practices of knowledge appreciation, acting directly in Innovation and Entrepreneurship processes, alongside IB's research areas, dynamizing and supporting entrepreneurship activities (including social) of INESC Brazil Network members. Therefore, it fuels and monitors RD&I activities in the areas of Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Business Internationalization Processes, Business Innovation and Social Responsibility. Therefore, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship business area supports INESC P&D Brazil in the challenges of insertion of new technologies in the Brazilian and in the international market. This business area has a close relationship with all IB's research areas.
