Innovation is needed to provide multidisciplinary solutions and to face complex challenges. The Innovation Management Research area is driven to enable advances, equipped with wide range of knowledge from different disciplines of the IB network. This drive translates into developments and advances in methodologies, processes and tools that seek an effective and successful management of P&D+I results. To achieve that, it orchestrates, organizes, and leads knowledge and competencies that are solution-driven and value-driven to produce results applied to technological developments.
The Innovation Management area has been a partner in the wide spectrum of P&D+I projects from INESC P&D Brazil, and it has developed and explored national and international opportunities.
