Hermes Irineu Del Monego: was born in 1966 in Barra Velha, SC, Brazil. He received the B.Sc. in Computer Science and Electronic in 2001 and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing from the Federal Technologic University of Paraná (UTFPR), Brazil in 2004. He received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Faculty of Engineering of Porto University (FEUP) in 2010. He worked more than 20 years in electronic industry, specifically computer industry, working as a Hardware designer. Since 2002, he works in educational area. From 2005 to 2006, he worked with Computer Science Department in Santa Catarina Estate University (UDESC). From February 2006 to September 2006, he worked in Federal Government Data Processing Service (SERPRO). Since 2010, his is with Electronic Academic Department in Federal Technologic University of Paraná, where he is now professor. He teaches principles of communications and programming Computer in Electronic Engineering. Currently he is with Wireless Communications Lab (LabSC), where his research topic interest into Communications systems, Wireless Networks, Sensors Networks, Radio Resource Management and Smart Routing Protocols. Nowadays, he is a Coordinator of Communication and Computer System of INESC P&D Brazil, and research member of Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing PhD Program – (CPGEI).
