PhD Candidate in Electrical and Computers Engineering on Faculty of Engineering University of Porto, Portugal. Graduation in Electrical Engineering on UFJF – Federal University of Juiz de Fora, where he worked as Scientific Initiation Scholarship by CNPq and in the ANEEL R&D Strategic Project – MDDH. Received an exchange grant from ¨Ciências sem Fronteiras¨ Program to participated of MIT Program – Energy for Sustainability in the University of Coimbra. Internship at energy management and sensing company, Intelligent Sensing Anywhere (ISA). Currently, he is an external researcher at INESC TEC in Portugal and researcher at INESC P&D Brasil in a project about reservoir monitoring, data analysis and energy planning. Developing your research activities in the topics of Planning and Operation of Electrical Power Systems, Computational Intelligence, Analysis of Investments and Real Options.
