Degree in Management from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Master’s in Management from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), PhD in Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (PUC GO), and Post PhD from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU). Currently, he is at the Federal University de Goiás, where he lectures and coordinates the Professional Master’s program in Public Administration – Profiap-UFG.
