CONSENT FORM FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This consent form was prepared in accordance with Article 5, item XII, of Law no. 13.709/2018 – General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (“LGPD, in Brazil”), this document renders feasible the free, informed, and unambiguous expression, by which the holder agrees to the processing of their personal data for the following purposes:

1. REGARDING CONSENT

By signing this term, the HOLDERS agree that the CONTROLLER performs the processing of their data.

Treatment means, in accordance with Article 5, item X of the LGPD, by collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, exclusion, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction.

 3. TREATMENT PURPOSE

This Consent Form refers only to the dealing with the personal data of the data holder, for the following exclusive purpose:

Registration with the entity for participation in the IB Research Grant program and call for participation in events disclosed by the entity.

4. DATA SECURITY

The data is stored by the Controller in physical and electronic files, with internal and external security measures. In case of information sharing with third parties, all measures are taken to ensure data security in the transfer process, and valuing data minimization.

5. REGARDING THE REVOCATION OF CONSENT

If the holder of the personal data no longer wishes to participate in the records of the entity for participation in events and registration of grant application, said holder must go to the secretariat of the entity, in business hours, and manifest its express revocation; it is also possible to conduct and formalize the revocation of the formalization via the following e-mail: dpo@inescbrasil.org.br

The entity has a period of ten (10) working days to perform the procedures for revocation and exclusion of the data of the holder of its registrations.
