Short CV – Estácio Tavares Wanderley Neto

Estácio Tavares Wanderley Neto graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Paraíba in 2001, concluded his Master’s and Doctorate in the area of Electrical Power Systems at the Federal University of Campina Grande in 2003 and 2007, respectively. Currently is Associate Professor at the Federal University of Itajubá, working in the High Voltage Laboratory and teaching the courses of Basic Electricity, High Voltage Techniques, Electrical Materials and Isolation Coordination. His professional activities include participation in Research & Development projects with various electric power companies, such as Chesf, CEMAR, EDP and Energisa. His areas of interest are electrical equipment and high voltage.
